He was born in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan on January 29, 1914 to Elmer and Ruby (Campbell) Hunt. Surviving Mr. Hunt are his daughters Marilynn Mitchell and Judy Zane of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, his brother John C. Hunt of Georgia, four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. Also surviving are Belle?s children of DeWitt, Michigan; Betty (Bob) Leppala and Richard ?Butch? Kopitch. Marshall was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Verna (1974), his second wife, Belle Kopitch Hunt (July, 2009), and his sisters Betty Haugh and Virginia Arthur.
