  Walker was the informant for his mother's death certificate. At that time, November 1912, he listed his address as Mansfield, Ohio. In the 1910 Crawford County, Ohio Census, Walker, Ambra, and their children reside in Galion. Walker is employed as a locomotive engineer. In the 1920 Summit County, Ohio Census, Walker and his wife reside in Kenmore in the home of a niece and nephew, Raymond and Myra Stone. Walker is employed as railroad engineer. Walker is listed as a surviving sibling in his brother, John Price's, December 1927 obituary; at that time he resided in Kenmore, Summit County, Ohio. In the 1930 Summit County, Ohio Census, Walker and his wife reside in Akron. He is employed as a railroad engineer. At the time of his sister, Helen's, death in February 1934, Walker resided in Akron, Ohio.
